As a patient of Michael F. Khanchalian, DDS and in seeking treatment in our office, you agree with all current and existing HIPAA laws regulations. It is our policy not to share any information regarding our patients with ANYONE else unless approved by you. Copies of our policy are available upon request and are not dispensed unless requested.
